Thank you so much for your order. We have made attempts to have this 12x21x8 put up without a permit; however, it has been determined that a permit MUST be pulled for the address above.

Since it was your decision not to have a permit pulled, we will provide you with the drawings ($250 value) if you wish to continue the process to have the unit installed.

Once the installers are on your property, it will take them only a very short period of time to have the unit completed.

Please let us know how you wish for us to proceed.

At this time due to the way that your company have handle this issue I wish to cancel my order and have my funds refunded back to me via the same methop off payment that I pay via my bank debit card in the amount off $1400.88 which have been paid in full since July 14,2018 I will be expecting my refund in a very speedy and timely matter if not at this point I will be pursuing legal action and be contacting the Revdex.com in refer too the way you company have handle this matter I have been trying to get this resolve and it have to this day 5 months later no resolve I have been more than patient with your company concerning this matter just issue me my refunds off $1400.88 and cancel everything I do not wish to do any business with your company now or in the near future business you . Also just to make it clear this is the first time I hear that there was an issue due to permit and I have been to you office and spoke with Mr Joe R numberus time and he never stated that there was an issue with permit his respond was every time that he dosent knows why it taking so long the way your company and employee handle this issue have been horriable experience to me

I have been to there office and send multipul email and yet no resulotion I have ask for a refund to the office that I made payment to and Mr R keep infroming me that I have to address my seft to corporate ask were it located stated dont know all he know is in Jax Fl I give then my funds at this location dont understand why I have to go thru all these hoops when I pay upfront for something I have yet to recievce at this point all I want is a refund for $1400.88 also I was suppose to only pay a deposit at time off purchase of 300.00 and Mr R bill me for the complete amount and state oh I mess up and bill the full amount of $1400.88 and stated it ok you have to pay for it anyway this was suppose to be deliver ans setup within 6 wweks it now 5 1/2 months
