I purchased a training service from this company for a certification known as the PMI-ACP. Their website specifically listed that this course training came with supplemental training materials including "Online PMI-ACP Certification Simulator" and "1000+ Practice Questions"; both of which I have provided screenshots of to this company. A month after my course I reached out to this provider because they never provided either of these products to me. After nearly two weeks and two follow up emails on my part, I was told that they had "switched vendors and I slipped through the cracks." They then provided me a link to a "Free Simulator" which only provides 60 questions for 7 days free unless I pay $99 to have access to 480 questions for 90 days. This is a far cry from the advertised "1000+ practice questions" provided that were advertised. I've escalated the issue until a Director by the name of Nathan emailed me and confirmed the website indeed "erroneously stated 1000+ practice questions" but it was intended just for their PMP exam not the ACP. I have screenshots clearly showing these items advertised under the heading for PMI-ACP Exam. To this email I replied that I was still not satisfied since my buying decision to go with their company and not a competitor was heavily influenced by the supporting supplemental post course training material, and the "Free Trial of 60 Questions" was not even closely representative of what was advertised. I have not received a reply and am under the impression I am being ignored.
We have reached out to the customer with a resolution.
Registered for a course in Virginia but sent email to company first asking if class was guaranteed to run. Received written notice from them saying it was. One week before my class was scheduled to start, received call (I was in New Jersey on travel) asking if I would consider switching training locations - Boston or Nevada. Explained that my company would not pay for two flights for me to go to training. The agreed (via email) to refund me $415 to cover he cost of the 2nd plane ticket. There were many hiccups in making this happen, but I did go to Boston for the class. I emailed and spoke with several people about my refund and was constantly given false responses - check is being cut in two weeks, need your mailing address, etc. I have emailed and emailed and called but to no avail.
The customer is being contacted to resolve the issue.
