Review: I brought my 2013 GMC Sierra into Certi-Tate Automotive to get an oil change and spin balance / rotation on my tires. After paying nearly $100 for both services, my drive home was horrendous. My entire truck was bouncing all over the road. Something went wrong when they balanced my tires. I brought my truck back to Certi-Tate to have the issue corrected. I was told that one of the weights flew off thus causing unbalanced wheels. No problem, I thanks the tech for his service. Yet again, on my drive home the drive was worse then it had ever been. I brought my truck in to Certi-Tate yet again. This time I was told (by the same tech) that my wheels had the wrong weights and ensured me that the issue was corrected. On my drive home the truck was still in the same condition. I couldn't drive over 60 mph due to the truck aggressively vibrating. At this point, I knew I couldn't trust the tech any longer and had to go to a different Goodyear to ultimately have the issue corrected. I choose to go to the Goodyear on the North Shore close to my home. After hearing my story, the manager worked on my truck personally. He pulled me to the side and showed me what the problem was... The tech at Certi-Tate kept putting more and more weights on my tires instead of pulling the old weights off to correctly balance my tires. The manager showed me a hand full of weights (11 oz) per tire. He proceeded to tell me that there should be no more then 3 oz per tire and that 11 oz was dangerous to be driving around with. I paid my bill which was $76.00. My truck once again drives smoother then ever.Desired Settlement: I want a refund totaling $76.00 that I had to pay to get my tires corrected.
