The experience has been terribleBesides the empty promises on broken deadlines, I've even had to contact the corporate office because ***' managerial skills were non-existent Customer service is about how you treat the people that matter and there was no empathy, concern, or solution to my problemThe only thing I received in a time of need, was a rude, over-talking, condescending, conflict-oriented, tasteless manager with no tactObviously, ***, has been blinded by the sight of power and authority like a cop that doesn't deserve a badgeI spoke to the manager in the Raleigh-Durham area and he was amazingSeems *** may need to be re-trained on management skills and what good customer service looks likeI've even called with a verbal complaint, but it seems no further action has been taken to correct these behaviors

I received damaged and mishandled product, upon contacting I was treated with ill will and disrespect upon asking for a discount due to damageon 11/06/15 I drove drove 2 and a half hours to pick up this hood upon arriving , I waited for my hood. The first thing I noticed is that it was removed from the box and the protective rubber corners were removed . I asked [redacted] the manager why it wasn't in the box he said they had to take it out the box to fit it on the shelf, at that time I could only see the front of it and noticed a blue streak on the nose of the hood , but felt that could be buffed off . and since I was in a rush to get back to work I loaded on the truck secured it with tie down straps and towels between the straps and hood . I drove directly to [redacted] auto body and paint and that's when the body shop owner noticed the bent corner with the same blue scratches as the front , and multiple dents were it was mishandle and even he said they should have never took it out the box . So immediately I called Certifit and spoke with this [redacted] , and he said if that if it was damaged to bring it back and he would refund me the money , so I explained that Id have to take off from work again miss 5 hours of pay , spend $160 to drive there and back, and just how unfeasible that is , and asked if he could instead just ship me a replacement hood or discount the hood to compensate for the extra money I'd have to pay the body shop . At that point I could see I was getting no where with [redacted] . So I got the number off of the certifit site and talked with a [redacted] I have no last name because she refused to give it when asked repeatedly . explained everything to her offered to email pictures of the damage she called and talked to [redacted] and called me back saying the same thin g and I again explained how un feasible me taking the hood back and said if I knew I was going to have to go through all this for a hood , I would have just got it from their competitor , and again asked for a new hood to be shipped to me or a discount applied to what I was billed . That's when she became very disrespectful saying that "Im sorry we aren't rolling out the Red carpet for you " and so on that's when I again asked for her name , and to speak to her boss or could I have his name , Once again she wasn't forth coming , Refused to give me her name , refused to tell me her boss's name and phone number and refused to do anything to help the situation ,and was being very personal , disrespectful , and uncompromising. So now Im either stuck with an usable hood that ill have to pay a body shop to repair of which is what I could have done with the origanl hood , Or take off 5 hours from work , spend $160 in gas and drive 5 hours round trip which would put me a losing a total $520 total to rectify a mistake , and damages caused by Certifit employees /////Desired SettlementId love to have a new hood with no damage which is what I paid for, shipped direct to my body shop ([redacted]) in Hamlet NC . Or some reasonable amount refunded back to my account to compensate for the damage /////
