I am disappointed beyond words at the quality of painting done in our home by CertaPro - East Jacksonville.
The walls are not completely covered and there are streaks and runs. Additionally, the old color shows along the ceiling line, baseboards, windows, cabinets...
I had wall paint on my woodwork.
I had wall paint on my oriental rug.
I had wall paint on furniture.
I had wall paint on my windows.
We asked to be done by the weekend. We were patient and understanding with delays for starting. We were supposed to start Wednesday. The painter arrived Friday for 2 hours and then returned Saturday, painting for 2 hours, disappearing for 3 hours and then returning with an assistant to complete the job.
CertaPro estimated 5 gallons and yet the painter shows up with a gallon at a time. He only applied 3 gallons which was clearly insufficient.
My husband will now spend a day correcting the sloppy work.
