In Certa Pro Painters did a fine job painting my daughters bedroomToday, I received a poor quality paint job of our dining/living roomThe patch work was sloppy and in many spots not even doneThere were multiple areas that were not even painted (new paint=white, old walls=white, easy to get away with)When I contacted Certa Pro Painters about my displeasure with the job I made it clear that I had spoken to the subcontractors about wanting the patching done and there was no need for the subcontractors to come back to my houseWithin an hour I received a phone call from the subcontractorThis is extremely unprofessional to have the customer act as supervisor over the work done once the customer has reported it to the contractorCerta Pro Painters charges plenty of money and I should not have to argue with the painter that their work was not qualityThat job belongs to the management at Certa Pro Painters
