Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:CertaPro of Madison County promised me a "professional high quality outstanding" paint job for which they were paid $15,On November 11, 2015, assurances were given to me that certain techniques (dipping) to prepare the forty original shutters would be accomplished if at all possible Six months later on the first day of job, I was informed that dipping the shutters was "not possible." Scraping and sanding would be the technique used to prepare the shutters Using this method the shutters were inadequately prepped before being painted resulting in a very poor quality job Parts of some shutters were not even painted Initially, the painting franchise owner blamed the paint manufacturer but the problem clearly lies with the painters, not the paint In order to properly prep and repaint the shutter in now a very expensive process, estimated at approximately $10,000.Careless, sloppy painting resulted in white and green painted being applied to red brick and concrete sills In order to remove these dips and splatters application of product to these surfaces followed by pressure washing will be necessary with the possibility of additional damage to the house and, again, at considerable expense CertPro offered me $4,so that they could "walk away" from their mistakes and unprofessional workmanshipWhen I refused this offer and requested a refund of $15,in order to allow them to walk away form their mistakes, I was informed that they were turning this over to their liability insurance company and had been advised not to communicate with me.At this point, I either expect CertaPro to appropriately address the problems and mistakes they have inflicted on my property oralternatively, refund my money so that I can employ someone else to do the job correctly Sincerely, [redacted]
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, let the record show that I did not give the incorrect information to this company In fact, Mr*** visited my home and wrote information from my dryer himself because he felt that I did not capture the correct information.....therefore, he did not capture the information either I provided a picture of the sticker on the dryer, which was the same information I had been sharing all along They were also not in constant contact with me, but everyone is entitled to their own interpretation of "constant" I would simply like this documented.I'm appreciative of all steps taken by all parties involved in the resolution of this matter
Sincerely,

This job was completed on June 14, 2016 and we were paid in full through his bank. He tipped each one of my painters $100. He signed the contracted and accepted it 100%. We came out to fix the paint we got on his brick. This was a $15,000 job and he is asking for a full refund for the job. He called...
and complained about the job July 5, 2016 to complain out the job 3 weeks later. We turned the job over to our insurance company to have the remaining paint removed. He has decided he does not like the shutters we painted on the home. He wants them all redone, and there are about 52 shutters on the home. We offered him a settlement which he has refused. We are in the process of fixing the paint that got on his brick through our insurance company. We are also in the process of negotiating a resolution to the shutter issue.

and serial numbers from her dryer. 3/14/17 emailed her we need model and serial numbers because we could not find her dryer part. She emailed on 3/14/17 and the numbers were still incorrect. We have been working with [redacted] to find a replacement part. [redacted] asked if she could take a picture of the tag. On 3.16.17 requested picture. She emailed the picture. There are 2 different tops for her dryer. The cost is 150.00 or 200.00. We are going to offer 200.00 plus 100.00 for service call to be paid to her. She can decide what company to replace the top.
