Met with Lee to have my commercial building painted. Part of the discussion was caulking all the cracks before painting. They barely caulked any cracks and they didn’t remove the old caulk before adding the new caulk to them. There are still MANY visible cracks throughout the paint job and Lee belittled me when I pointed it out. He feels like he did a professional job which I disagree with. Their pressure washer busted out two of my screens which he did agree to replace but instead of accepting blame he told me “we don’t pressure wash windows” alluding to the damage not coming from his crew. My roll up door that was painted is dented in from their work. I’m still picking up their tape and trash from around my building four days later.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!

I hired certapro to paint living room, hallway, ceilings, and trim. I had to work so my parents were able to be there when the painters were in my house. When the job was initially discussed, it was clear they would fill nail holes before painting- pretty standard. I came home as the painters were finishing up and the walls looked terrible. It was like my walls were sunburned and peeling with little bits of stuff all over the walls. Other places had full globs of gross stuff sticking out of the white trim paint. I could pull it out with my hand. No nail holes had been filled, wall paint was on trim, trim paint was on the ceiling, in general it was sloppy and a really awful shock considering how much it all cost. Another crew came back to try and fix it, and then another, and then another. In all it took eight visits, hours of disruptions, so much stress, and I'm still left with walls that have mess. At first they tried to blame the mess of the walls on me saying it was my cleaning that caused the issues, then it was the rollers the painters used. They did try and fix the issues but even now my ceiling is cracking with where they painted- which is what ultimately led me to leaving this review. Eight attempts at painting a small house, blaming the customer, then trying to charge full price as if nothing had happened after such a terrible job isn't someone I'd recommend considering I'm still having to fix issues.

Previously used Certapro when my dads entire house was painted and they did a very good job so I thought I would contact them for painting I wanted to have done.
Contacted Certapro for an estimate on a bedroom which included walls, ceiling, baseboards, shoe molding, window frames, door frames and doors but was told this was their "busiest time of year and there is a 2 room minimum". This is not on their website regarding this being their busiest time of year and that a 2 room minimum is required.
I will not ever call Certapro for any future painting that needs to be done in my home or refer them to anyone that I know. Gave 1 star at least they answered the phone.

I have used CertPro Painters in the past, once in Cincinnati, OH and twice in Louisville, KY. The last time we utilized their services, we had the worst experience. The paint job was of very poor quality. The painters would not use drop cloths or tape. We had trim and doors painted. The painters bot paint on my carpet, wood floors, door knobs, and walls (that were not being painted). When it was mentioned to the company, the company sent painters back out to "fix" the issues. However, each time (up to 3 times they came back out), the issues got worse. I finally got fed up and stopped pointing out the issues. We paid a lot of money to what I thought was a professional painting company, but based on our experience, it seems their painters lack skills. Also, the company owner did not come out to inspect the issues any of the times we noted them. If you saw the paint job, you would think someone who does not know how to paint did it. I am very displeased with the quality of work and the response of the owner. I know have to have everything redone.
