This company is extremely professional in their ability to paint and the finished product is beautiful. However that is where the level of professionalism stops. The painters employed by the company do not treat the home as their own. My job in particular had several issues. The doors and windows were routinely left unlocked and on occasion wide open after leaving for the day. In addition, with the doors open the AC was turned down to an extreme cold temperature which caused the electric bill to skyrocket. Paint cans were routinely left on a quartz countertop and ultimately this caused damage to the cabinet which I did not discover until completion of the job. The painters routinely disposed of their cigarette butts all over the yard. In another instance, the painter left the back door open, water running in a bucket in the backyard; which flooded my yard and he went home for the day. Never was their an offer to reimburse for the increase in the water bill. Throughout the job, regular communication and feedback was required on my part to the owner and quite frankly I do not think he cares. He did offer to waive the service charge for using a credit card for payment and I accepted that. However my complaints appear to have fallen on deaf ears and for any future painting requirements I will not use Certapro.
