Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/07/15) */
After reviewing the complaint filed 7/11/by the customer, I will be contacting this customer to resolveIt should be noted that previous concerns were all addressed and resolvedThe caulking issue that is in question is due to a large gap
that was explained could be problematicIt was agreed that we would wait to address the problem in a better seasonI have not been contacted again until a complaint was filedWe always intend to take care of any customers concerns and in no way was our intention to avoid this customers concernsA full refund for a paint job that is satisfactory is unwarrantedService issues do not constitute a refund of materials and labor provided to paint this home and customer was compensated in prior resolution for the communication and cleanup items
Again contact will be made with customer to again revisit the caulking and see if a resolution can be made
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/07/30) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am attaching several pictures that clearly show the poor workmanshipI think I have been more than reasonable with this companyThey have been out to my residence times and the job is still not satisfactory in my opinionThey state "Certa Pro will apply a 2+Guaranteed Full Coverage Coats of Premium 100% Acrylic Exterior Latex SatinClearly this did not get two coats of paintWe are months into this and still not goodThe definition of Satisfaction Guaranteed is "what ever a reasonable person would expect from a product or service"This is clearly NOT what I expected
Final Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2015/09/02) */
After returning from out of town I viewed the most recent response from customer stating my response to them was rejected or ignoredI would like to note that as I stated that I would reach out to the customerThis was done with zero response from customerThe customer chose to put a picture attempting to show poor workmanship that shows stucco fully covered with plenty of paintIt is completely unreasonable to expect paint to fill in a porous substrate such as stuccoAt this point I don't see a customer that wants a resolution or desire to work with us to find oneThe contract was delivered with the appropriate coverage and labor and materials were provided to paint this homeWe will not be reimbursing the customer for the work performed and feel it is unfortunate that the customer refuses to communicate directly with me and prefers to try and damage our reputation with this claim
