To Whom It May Concern,
First let us thank you for providing us an opportunity to tell our side of this unfortunate experience. It is always distressing to us when a client is not satisfied as our goal is always to please every one, even if we know that is an impossibility. ***, who along with her son were previously clients in the past, is an example of this. Because of our past relationship with her we were sure we had a good rapport and she would respect our policies and procedures so we accepted her back as a client.
This time around Ms. brought both of her two children to our facility and in efforts to assist the transient community,in which Ms. has once again found herself a part of, with transportation to and from community shelters to our facility we provide a curtesy transportation service. These services are at no cost to our clients. There are however, stipulations users of the service must agree to, one of which is that parents must be available and on time or have an adult 18 years or older available and on time to assist their children on and off of the van. Time approximations of pick ups and drop offs are given and agreed up by the parents prior to service usage. However Ms. continuously and egregiously broke this agreement by leaving her children waiting on the van 30-40 minutes five times in a row and having the van wait in the mornings for 20 minutes for her kids to arrive to get on the van to come to school. I spoke with Ms. several times about her behavior and each time she assured me should would correct this situation. When I finally suspended Ms. children off of the van she became very disrespectful, hostile, and decided to try and malign my reputation and business in retaliation. Her continued disrespect of policies and procedures of the shelter has also led to her and her children's removal from the shelter. I included that as an example of just what type of negative and dismissive person we had to deal with.
Here at, Ceressa's Enrichment and Empowerment Academy, our first priority is to assist our clients and empower and enrich the community. To this day we continue to tirelessly and collaboratively work with various community shelters and other agencies by providing services that help those that are a part of the transient community working towards a better quality of life.
