Review: I have 2003 Mitsubishi montero SUV I call 2 times to [redacted] my car wont start so fist time when this tec came out ([redacted]) thats the name he gave me so he jump start my car and he said dud this car is [redacted] it was raning that day so finely it started and on Monday I drop my car to MITCHELL AUTO REPAIR to keep over night and see what is the problem . So today tac call me and said that my BATTERY is no good than I called AAA and told them and they me at fist that dont worry the BATTERY is coverd and he will send some one out to replace the BATTERY . OK than at 2:37 pm today [redacted] CALLS ME AND STARTED TO YELL AT ME SAYING THAT I HAVE TO [redacted] PAY FOE THE BATTERY AND IN [redacted]H ONLY SO I TOLD HIM DONT YELL AT ME HE SAID I AM [redacted] SICK OF JUMPING YOUR CAR SO I CALL THE CERES PRO TOW AND ASK THE LADEY IF I CAN TALK TO THE MANGER SHE PUT ME ON HOLD AND SHE SAID SHE IS ON OTHER LINE CAN I TAKE YOUR NAME AND NUMBER AND SHE WILL CALL U BACK AND AS OF 7:14 NO CALL CAME TO ME CAN ANYONE PLEASE CALL ME PLEASE [redacted] THIS IS NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I THINK THEY RIP ME OFF ALL THIS TIMEDesired Settlement: NEED TO PAY FOR MY TIME THAT I TOOK OFF FROM WORK AND PAY FOR MY BATTERY I NEED MORE INFO PLEAS CALL ME AT ###-###-#### THANKS
