I called to transfer my internet service to my new home I am buying in a month, and they cancelled my service immediatelyIt took days to get it turned back on, with lots of screw-ups and run-aroundsIt took many phone calls being on hold for more than minutes and chat sessionsEVERY CHAT SESSION HAD SOME SCREW UPFrom being told internet would be back by the end of the day, to having to set up a new account because the old one was permanently closed to being quoted one price and then it being much higher, it has been outrageousI just received my bill from them and was charged $instead of the $I was told by themI have full copies of my internet chat conversations and a detailed timeline of events
Century Link has proven INEPT at everything I have asked them to do
