I actually purchased my Canik TP-through a different site but had problems getting them to return my emailsI saw that the gun was imported through Century and I contacted them at the same timeThey responded to my first email within the hour and was hoping for a great experience based on that response timeHowever as I started to explain my problem with my Canik (a simple polymer piece that needed to be replaced which was under warranty), the emails became less frequent and eventually they stopped answering my emailsI then went through two different representatives both through direct phone contact and in email before I decided to throw down my last resort with a threat of a Revdex.com complainAfter that everything happened very quicklyI received my shipping label for the firearm to ship to them and it was returned within weeksAmazing turnaround for a warranty item but considering how long it took to get there.....They have a lot of work to do on their customer service
