I spoke with [redacted] on Friday 4/24/15, and explained to him that we are in the process of relocating our warehouse, and that I had been away from my office for an extended period of timeDuring that time, I missed a message from [redacted] asking for a return callThe service call in question has been resceduled for [redacted] , and the issue will be addressedTo my knowledge, this has not been an ongoing problem, simply a request for service that unfortunately could not be done by the required technician on the first attempt due to an emergency situation
