Unfortunately the result is not competed I noticed that light turns off expectantly I have to wait sec before turn back on The hose is still to short I would like to change it to feet instead feet My house is way to big to Carry that vacuum all those stairs If the sales person was smart enough he would consider providing me with a longer hose in a first place I want the unit replaced I think it is defective

The hose was delivered to the customers residence on Monday 12/14/at 1:pm

Century Distributors will honor the request of exchanging the 14 ft. hose for the 30 ft hose.We will also check the operation of the unit.  If it is faulty, we will exchange it for a new one.
