Since I closed on my house 28 Dec 18 I have had a issue with the backyard, every time we have heavy rainstorms. A 1/4 of my yard get flooded and it's take 3 days to somewhat dry out. I have pictures since day 1. Century have had workers trying to fix the yard and they have made it worse. I have had several landscaping companies to checkout my yard. It can be fix but I would to pay myself.
