Review: had a contract in closing on a home where air conditioning was promised, problem still isnt resolved completely. windows were missing screens on 5 of them, still no screens. shelves were missing from the cabinets in the kitchen, still no shelves. I have contacted the builders several times each month since the purchase and nothing has been done. had to go through a heat wave with a 12 mo old baby and no AC or screens in the windows. these are terrible ppl to work with. now almost 7 months later this is my last resort. its a shame.Desired Settlement: I would like everything that was promised in the contract done
