I am rejecting this response because:
The exact opposite is trueIt is not common practice to give reports as backup when you have data stored in a computerNo matter if it is Mr*** opinion that it is standard practice or notThe data is the property of Patterson Townhomes and we are requesting the return of our propertyNot the return of our property in piecesThis is such a common practice that the software the Mr*** uses has a "backup" function that he is not using to return my dataIf Mr*** needs my help in consulting his software company on how to backup my data, I can certainly do soI've already consulted the company to find out that what I'm asking is a possibility in his software

I am rejecting this response because:The exact opposite is true. It is not common practice to give reports as backup when you have data stored in a computer. No matter if it is Mr. [redacted] opinion that it is standard practice or not. The data is the property of Patterson Townhomes and we are requesting the return of our property. Not the return of our property in pieces. This is such a common practice that the software the Mr. [redacted] uses has a "backup" function that he is not using to return my data. If Mr. [redacted] needs my help in consulting his software company on how to backup my data, I can certainly do so. I've already consulted the company to find out that what I'm asking is a possibility in his software.
