status of the systemThe customer never noticed the system was off until PG&E sent him a bill for electricity from July - April totaling $The customer was happy with the installation (he would agree) but now says he never read the instructions sent to him by email, the information sent by PG&E (monthly), or the contractHe also did not notice the RED LIGHT on the inverter or data monitorHe never attempted to lto the data monitoring portal, in spite of his own acknowledgement of it's importanceWhile it is unfortunate that he is faced with a $PG&E bill, we cannot accept responsibility for customers who do not pay even the slightest attention to their systemGiven that he is a Price Waterhouse Coopers consultant and former software executive, I assume he has the intellectual capacity to understand this and therefore is (justifiably) frustrated and venting online, through the Revdex.com, and the CSLB will give him some form of relief
