I didn't have a good experience with the referral coordinator. she was rude and very sharp with her tone and short with her answers. Let me explain I needed a referral for pedia cardiologist for my 3-month-old. When I stated to her that I didn't have any of her numbers if she could get together with NP Monica Torres, her response to me was Oh God. I asked her name; she gave me her position /title. My sharp tone no I asked your name. She replied MaryJane. My response was simple I am sorry did I cause this change of attitude? Your assistance toward me changed as if I asked you to do your job. Are you having a bad day? I am sorry because our exchange here caused my to have a bad moment. You know I have read comments myself about the office girls were not helpful. yes a little loud with their convos and laughter, but this was just plain rude.. I truly think she needs to be let go. no slap on the wrist, get someone who genuinely cares about the patients.

which led to the delay in completing the form. The patient presented for his initial visit on December 6, 2018, at which time he requested that the form be completed. His form required lab results. During the visit with the medical provider, the patient received orders to complete his labs. He was then instructed to schedule a follow-up appointment within 4-6 weeks to review his lab results and complete the form. Unfortunately, the patient did not schedule an appointment to review his labs results. Instead, he insisted that we complete the form. The medical provider felt it was important to provide lab results in person to review findings and discuss next steps. Failing to get the patient to present for a follow-up, the medical provider decided to complete the form as requested.
