Centric maintenance

Review: I decided to renovate the kitchen and living room. Contractors are in breech with the contract. The work is not done and I've been trying to resolve this for weeks now. This project is hardly near completion and I am not in any violation of contract terms due to remaining items not addressed or fixed. I have been more than accommodating allowing extra time for things to be finished.I told them that final $ will not be released until there are solutions and/or they have properly responded to each item. I reviewed the list with them other the phone and we agreed on resolutions and I haven't heard any tentative dates to fix everything for over 3 months now.I am willing to work things out with them. When all of these items have been taken care of, they are more than entitled to collect whatever monies are remaining or negotiated. Until such point the project is not complete. Just to reiterate I have been more than willing to negotiate things and work things out in a civil, constructive and professional manner. I do not feel comfortable with [redacted] (owner of centric maintenance LLC) being present in my home because he is a very aggressive person.Desired Settlement: I would like Centric maintenance LLC to fix the list of 37 items they agreed they would on August 28, 2013.
