Centreport Landing Apartments

We are responding to the dispute by *** ** *** that someone has used his identity to lease an apartment in his name without his permission*** *** called Centreport Landing Apartments after his unit was abandoned stating he was a victim of identity theft and he never lived in the unit
#***We pulled the application we had on file for this unit and checked all of the signatures on his Lease Agreement and ApplicationWe did find that those signatures on the Lease Agreement and Application appeared to match the signature on his Texas Drivers LicenseThere are distinctions in the "S" and the ut" that definitely match, and would be difficult to duplicateAdditionally, the photo on the Texas Drivers License also matches the resident who lived in unit #***, who we know to be *** *** and drove a PT Cruiser that got scratched by another resident in our parking lot*** *** did not provide any proof to us that he was indeed the victim of fraudif he would like to submit substantial proof that he was not the person who filled out the application, signed the lease, and who lived at Centreport Landing Apartments in unit ***, then we will be happy to check into the matter furtherI have attached copies of the application, Texas Drivers License, and signed lease agreement so you can also see that all of the signatures matchPlease let me know if I can be of further assistanceThank you,*** *** ***
