** came to his appointment and informed us his insurance changed. I called the insurance company at that time as a courtesy to ** and found out that  we are not a in-network provider however, I explained to him that he is allowed to come to our office and that his cleaning should be covered.He...

did not want to stay and left us with a one hour hole that could not be filled. We have our patients sign a form that states we require a 48 hour cancellation notice and he signed that.  It is always our intentions to to provide great service to all our patients. It is a person's responsibility to know  prior to the appointment what insurance they have, we do not have the information unless they give it to us prior.  I will take this charge off, but ** needs to be aware in the future HE needs to check his insurance before the time of his appointment.Thank youLois Y[redacted]Office ManagerDr. Jordan H[redacted]
