We would like to extend understanding to Mrs [redacted] *** 255, 255);"> Upon receiving Her complaint via USPS we were made aware of Her concernWe wish to have her feel understood and heardHer light bulb was replaced with no apptsimply a walk-in, out of courtesy for Her dilemma of"minutes to drive home yet"we felt that we could in fact make time to accommodate what seemed to be a very urgent concern to HerShe displayed much agitation while in the office waiting for her CarShe challenged the auto part delivery Guy the moment he walked in with her Light BulbShe in fact forcefully removed the invoice and light bulb from the auto parts delivery man's hand and began to scan the document as well as the bulbShe offered to "sign" for the invoice as wellOver all it was a very disturbing encounter of minutes of confrontational behavior on Her part in the office during the "emergency" fix on her Car She accused Our Employee of " not knowing How to change a headlight bulb" and complained very emphatically of the "ineptness" of Our ShopShe complained of having to "reset Her Radio" now that the battery has been removedThere was one other customer in Our waiting room during this timeUpon Her Leaving, He expressed that We handled "HER" much better than He could have and that He was impressed with Our Approach to Her Rather outlandish behavior! We apologized to the customer for Him having to sit through the rather strange episodeMy Hope is that Mrs*** can find happiness and peace in Her future endeavors! PS Attitude is everything!

Her light bulb was replaced with no appt. simply a walk-in, out of courtesy for Her dilemma of"40 minutes to drive home yet"we felt that we could in fact  make time to accommodate 
what seemed to be a very urgent concern to Her.
She displayed much agitation while in the office waiting for her Car. She challenged the auto part delivery Guy  the moment he walked in with her Light Bulb. She in fact forcefully 
removed the invoice and light bulb from the auto parts delivery man's hand and began to scan the document as well as the bulb. She offered to "sign" for the invoice as well.
Over all it was a very disturbing encounter of 20 minutes of confrontational behavior on Her part  in the office during the "emergency" fix on her Car.  She accused Our Employee of "

The shop is trying to obfuscate the events that occurred.  I looked over the shoulder of the delivery man at the invoice to see what the price was.  I did not offer to sign for anything.
My original complaint I put in was that the shop guy worked on my car for 15 minutes and I was charged for 30 minutes of labor. That there was no posting of the minimum amount of labor to be assessed and that no one told me what the minimum was.  Including the shop owner and the female behind the counter & co-owner of the shop.

In regards to time billed, book time found in Chilton Labor book for Headlamp bulb replacement is .5 Hrs.  
for the vehicle listed in the above complaint.
2006 Pontiac Vibe.
We charged allowed time for headlight bulb replacement and have no further response.
