Central Valley Tint

On 07/07/2020, I went to Central Valley Tint in Fresno to tint my vehicle windows. I left my vehicle there at about 1pm, then came back at about 2pm to retrieve my car. I paid $230 for the service done to my car. As I was driving away from Central Valley tint, I immediately noticed my car door panels were ripped on all four doors. I turned back immediately to Central Valley Tint and politely confronted the owner of the shop about my concern. The owner, Po, became very defensive and disrespectful toward me. Denying that he knew nothing about the damages done to my vehicle. I proceed to tell him that my vehicle was not in this damaged condition when I brought it to his shop. After some talk, he admitted that it was his fault and agreed to pay for the damages on my vehicle. Later that evening, I called him and we reached different agreement. That agreement was that, he would refund me $140 of the $230 and he told me to pick up the cash the following day 7/8/2020. On 7/8/2020, I went back to Central Valley tint at about 12:50pm for my refund. Once I got there, instead of refunding me $140 like we agreed on, he gave me only $110. I tried talking to him but he denies to speak with me.
