*** *** removed the wheel from the hub of the car he noticed that more than one of the lug nuts had been previously stripped, due to after market spacers that had been installed between the hub and wheel, reducing the studs legnt and the lug nuts ability to tighten sufficiently without stripping

After working on the car unit well after closing time it became apparent that in order to best make sure the car was as safe as possible the spacers would need to be removed
Mr*** refused to allow this and my employees followed his wishes and reinstalled all of the equipment including the spacers and allowed him to drive out the was he drove in
