Central Texas Barber College

I am contacting you about when I was a student at central Texas barber college and I was not given my hours that I put in...when I questioned the owner along side his wife and business partner *** about the issue I was kicked out of school...after being kicked out I was told that if I wanted him to give me the 388 that he shorted me I would have to pay an additional 1700 dollars for those hours even tho I had completed all of my hours either on the premises or at one of his six barber shops locations I have picture proof that I attended and was at various locations to make sure I worked those hours and they were never submitted to TDLR Texas department of licensing and regulations so now I am doing all I Can with in my limited reach...I have a petition as well can you please help me
