I am not a customer of this company, but I provided a service for them in May and have yet to be paid by themI have called many, many times and left messages, but they will not return my calls nor send the money they owe my businessIf they will not pay their bills, it says to me that they are not trustworthyI certainly wouldn't use this company!!

That is absolutelyRidiculousthere was pieces of drip that had a small bend but was due the the fascia and decking installed incorrectly, which we were not contracted to work onAny roifer can tell you that you can do a in step or Pipe flashing were done correctly and this was just his roofer friend making money on a non issueThe roof is in perfect condition up to the point we we fured and he chose to use anotherHe still has an iutstanding labor invoice with usIf he is willing to pay that I will discontinue all legal recourses

in the middle of a hail storm so everyone was backed upHe was in a rush so WE offered to give him a refund with a small restocking fee, he opted to wait, materials we already on site but being ut was a large roof we had to make sure the weather was rightHe would call often INTOXICATED and it was just awefulWe trated him with a lot if respect but the day I sent our crew tere which are very good he was not thereHalf way into the project he calls the wner and complains about te crew being hispanicyou can see where this is goingwell long story short the crew was almost done he comes out yelling at the crew to leave again very intoxicatedthreatens immigration was trying to get the owner to cover his deductable which is illegal and refused us to send another crew to make whatever was wrong rightThe roof is in great shape *** was contacted and the warranty is in tackThe TRUTHIs he is prejudice and though he could scam us fr acting unappyWe are a solid company with many refrences and we are currently filing a lawsuit against homeonwner for non paymentAs for tge roifer that finished only squares he was contacted and told us that h E never gave te homeowner that evaluationWe wish we could make everyone happy and we tried several timesthis was just one of the cases that could not be remediedAll in all we wish we could havewe prize our customers and value there business

I am rejecting this response because: All you do is talk and try to blow smoke to cover up what you have done. Please take me to court! Let me save you the trouble, I will meet you on the courthouse steps,if only you would give me your REAL NAME and ADDRESS so that my lawyer can deliver you with the paper work. I don't know who this person is that is claiming to be the general manger. It is not the persons name that was given to me on the work estimates. I advise anyone who is reading this to be very careful of this company and their rhetoric. I say again you don't have the guts to take me to court. Please give me a valid name and address and don't hide and we will see you in court!

That is absolutely. Ridiculous.. there was 2 pieces of drip that had a small bend but was due the the fascia and decking installed incorrectly, which we were not contracted to work on. Any roifer can tell you that you  can do a 5 in step or 6 . Pipe flashing were done correctly and this was just his roofer friend making money on a non issue. The roof is in perfect condition up to the point we we fured and he chose to use another. He still has an iutstanding labor invoice with us. If he is willing to pay that I will discontinue all legal recourses.
