To whom it may concern, This response is in regards to the complaint issued by resident of Central Pointe apartments inBoise, ID All residents are given a formal notice to vacant form to fill out upon giving their day notice.The resident filled out this form and gave written notice on 6/23/as the lease ended8/23/Per that form a forward address needs to be givenPrior to move out the residentowed a balance and was given many notices on her doorNo response was given by herOn8/23/we were issued keys however were still not given a forward addressThe move outstatement, explanation of charges, and balance due letter were issued to her by mail on8/25/This statement was mailed to the address we had on file which was the apartmentaddress however no forward address was given to post office so that letter was returned toCentral Pointe.Central Pointe gives all past residents days to set up payment arrangements on the amountdue or to pay in fullThe resident did not contact us so her account was sent to collections.This resident was not billed for any charges other than cleaning after move outThe cleaningcharges were based off the lease agreement that was signedWe do also have pictures of anycharges.The previous resident contacted the office on 11/11/by phone asking for documentationthat was mailed to herThis information was copied from her file and emailed to her on11/11/The statement on August 1st comes from a billing company and did reflect a balancedue.We value all of our residents and try very hard to make sure they have all documentation atmove out and will do a move out inspection if asked which was have no record of this residentrequesting

6/23/16 as the lease ended8/23/16. Per that form a forward address needs to be given. Prior to move out the residentowed a balance and was given many notices on her door. No response was given by her. On8/23/16 we were issued keys however were still not given a forward address. The move outstatement, explanation of charges, and balance due letter were issued to her by mail on8/25/16.
