noise but we did hear the water pump making noiseBased on the vehicle repair history this is the same diagnosis that the customer received from Fox Lake Toyota day earlierAt that time there where no signs of transmission failure and no warning codes stored in the computerThe transmission failure had nothing to do with our service and our diagnosis was the same as the previous Toyota dealer which indicates that this part was neededBased on those facts we are not refunding the repair costs, however I will refund the cost of the towing charge since that issue was not clearly expressed prior to towing it inPlease advise me if this is acceptable and I will send the customer a check for the $

I still do not agree with car dealers diagnosis of my carI still believe there wasn't anything wrong with the car's water pump, as I stated before there were never any symptoms to indicate it was a problemAny rate, it was my fault for not asking to see the problem/part and being naive to fully trust themI want to close the chapter on this mistake and move on
