Review: My wife bought me a refurbished iPhone from this shop. First they were ready to sell me a black refurbished iPhone and she was ready to purchase it, and then after three hours of waiting because the phones weren't wiped or charged, the only one that seemed to reset was a white one. It was promised that this white phone would be unlocked so I could use it in Europe.They said and I insisted that they write that on my receipt, that my phone would be unlocked within 2-3 business days with an email to my email account with a code from Apple. IT HAS NEVER BEEN UNLOCKED AS PROMISED. The date on my invoice was April [redacted]. It is now April [redacted], I haven't received calls back even though I have called repeatedly, emailed, tried to speak to the owner. No response. One person said it was because of the holidays and that it would be unlocked last week. It wasn't. My phone is useless in Europe where I am right now . I paid 429.99 + tax for this and I can't use it. They are extremely unprofessional. I am not even sure my phone is truly a refurbished phone and not a stolen phone, since it sill had the old sim in the phone from before.Desired Settlement: I want this phone unlocked immediately as promised by this company and if not within these two days, I want a full refund of my money back when I return to the states. I will bring the phone back then. I paid in cash but have my receipt. Their receipt says within 7 days I can return it but I am out of the country and won't be back until May.
