Central Penn Paving

Review: Driveway was seal coated on June 5, 2012, with a 2 year satisfaction warranty, coating did not meet satisfaction to [redacted] or Dean, second coating was applied same day. (possibly before first coat had dried). [redacted] was contacted before end of 2012 that the coating was peeling. An employee who lives nearby stopped and looked at driveway, agreed to tell [redacted] of the condition of the driveway. A verbal agreement was made that the repairs would be made in spring of 2013. Repairs were not made in 2013. May 14, 2014, [redacted] stopped by, looked at driveway, left a note telling us to call to set up an appointment for middle of following week. [redacted] called [redacted], left a message saying we would be out of town, and we would call when we got back.

May 30 [redacted] stopped by, promising to be here to do coating on following day - no show. [redacted] called, wife told him [redacted] was held up with a job, but promised he would be here on following Monday - no show. We have made 3 calls since, left messgages with no response. Warranty ran out June 5, 2014.Desired Settlement: Central Penn Paving to return and clean and recoat the driveway as promised several times.
