October 31,2017 Dear ***:This letter is in reference to the complaint made by member ID# ***Let me begin by stating thatour club has two levels of membershipOur basic membership covers the use of cardio, weight room,racquetball and basketball courts and all land classesOur
premium membership includes all theaforementioned and also the use of the pool and hot tub and water classesThe member in questionhas a membership through the *** Program, this program pays for the "Basic Membership only"if he wishes to have pool access he must pay an additional fee to us to have that privilege like any othermember pays extra to have pool accessWe had a short change of ownership at the beginning of theyear and the new owner was giving all members full access to the club for no additional feeAs ofMarch 9th‘ that owner was not able to fulfill his financial obligations and the ownership of the club wentback to the original owner of yearsApril 6th we sent a letter to all affected club members informingthem that the ownership had gone back to the original owner and that we could not continue offering afree pool membership to the club membersI am forwarding a copy of the letter.The member in question has been sneaking into the pool either through an unlocked staff door or hasbeen slipping through when a legitimate pool member goes to the poolHe has been caught onnumerous occasions and told by numerous staff members that he does not have pool access and that*** only pays for a basic membership which does not include pool access and he is notpermitted in pool area unless he upgrades his membership.Because even after multiple warnings he continued to sneak in we sent the letter warning him that if wecaught him again we would press chargesHe basically is stealing from us by doing this and it's not fairto our members who pay to use the pool area.
