I have made numerous attempts to contact your company to speak to a supervisor and have not heard back from anyone
You have misrepresented yourselves, overcharged and harassed me
Your Rep Steve misrepresented the fees and procedure and failed to do what I needed done for my business He asked me to sign a blank contract without explaining the process or fees and would not reply, email me the contract or answer my questions
I have attached print screens of our texts He continually blows off my questions and when he shows up to trains us, takes hours out of my day and still doesn't have it loaded
I spent literally hours and at least calls on the phone with your customer service reps to get a refund and the UNUSED system returned
Steve picked up the system on May 14th I was told I would receive a $credit on the shipping and that Steve would pick it up and it would be done
Now you are sending me an equipment return notification for unreturned equipment for $495??
You have charged me and are attempting to charge me $for shipping, $for an unused system restocking fee and $equipment notification
I would like a call back from a supervisor today to get this resolved I would also like you to stop sending me harassing emails attempting to continually charge me for a system and service that I do not have and have never had set up!
