Central Ohio Garage Door

I wanted to do some repairs with my garage door, but ever since covid the money been slow. Now that I had some money set aside, I gave them a call. They were affordable, but I wanted to know how reliable their products are. After reading some of the reviews on here and after speaking to someone. I was certain they were the right company for me.

We sent out a check on May 18th! Never received any returned mailSo we had obviously assumed this dispute was over

As I have stated to my Revdex.com rep, to replace the door with a steel door, would require a custom door ordered with an upcharge of $350. It is common practice that odd or custom size applications exist from time to time in older structures. And customers need to understand the nessecity to compromise...

This customer was in no way willing to compromise or understand or except the price difference. So in moving forward, if they are requesting a full refund on the entrance door, we will need to remove what we have installed, which will leave there garage unsecure. However if they are willing to keep the door installed as is. We would be willing to refund $225.00. For the record, our phone has never been cut off, and we have never ignored there calls!Also if they still want there custom steel door ordered and installed, it will cost an additional $350 to order.

We would be willing to accept the refund of $225.00 from the company in reference to the Steel door that was promised to us. Per the response of the Vendor, we will keep the current door up with the amount mentioned refunded & consider this matter settled. 11.2.15 Revdex.com received a phone message from Bruce C[redacted] stating he dropped off the check.
