Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told dollars an hour and it took hours to fixIt did not state nor was I told I would be paying that to every person that touched the doorIt was picked up around and they finished at as bob stated in the responseThat is hours of work not and a half like he charged me forI'm very upset that I was not informed that if two guys worked together on this that I would have to pay each of them dollars an hourIf you tell someone dollars an hour, then you charge them dollars an hour weather you have two or ten people working on it, unless told otherwiseI was unaware of this per man feeIt states specificity in the shop dollars an hour not dollars an hour per person doing laborHe could have had four guys working on my door and charged me for all four of themAll I asked was for the hourly charges to be fixedAnd next time they do business with someone they let it be known that that dollars an hour is not what it seems, that it is actually dollars per season that touches the garage door Regards, [redacted] ***
