We have contacted this cardholder by phone and explained the charges on her account. We offered to refund her $5.35 of the charges that were assessed. She asked for this amount to be sent to her a check with her remaining balance of $.45. This...

request was approved so a refund check for $5.80 is being sent to her today. This issue as well as her card are now closed and she ended the call with "I'm very happy now".
