*** *** purchased a *** Xfrom Central Motors on 11/30/ When Mrs*** went to get an inspection sticker the following week at the local *** dealership the vehicle monitors were not ready The vehicles charging system had been low and faults had been stored in the
vehicles computer, this happens quite often when cars sit dormant and are not driven for an extended period of time I spoke with Mrs*** the day after she had brought the car to the *** dealership and explained to her that she needed to drive the car for a day and then get an inspection sticker Since this issue the car has passed inspection The service writer also told Mrs*** that the car had been in an accident, which had nothing to do with the car not passing inspection Currently this *** has a clean Carfax vehicle history report with no accident indicators and it is also covered under the *** 4yr/50k Factory Warranty I left Mrs*** a message on 1/6/to make sure that everything was fine with the *** She called me back the following day and she was angry She did not say that there was anything wrong with the ***, she did say that she was upset because she had been inconvenienced Mrs*** then hung up because she said that she didn’t have time to discuss the situation.
