Mobile-Home was sold as a 2016 year and after moving in found out from sticker on home;
it is really from 2015.
Home's foundation (land) is giving! As a result the wooden Steps are not leveled and have become very dangerous; specially to me after having knee surgeries!
The delivery of the home was done during an extremely rainy season-Hurricane Irma affected our property location. The split/house was left for several weeks not put together and getting all the rain, as a result carpet completely damaged! and walls possibly with mold due to water damage.
As a senior consumer, I feel I was not treated with respect. After waiting an entire one year to move in, I should not have to continue to deal with issues but sadly and unfortunately I am!

Mobile home was sold as a 2016 NOT 2015 Please see attached MSO from the MFG.
As for the home sitting on the property that was caused because the customer did not do as instructed. The customer was instructed to removed the concrete along the front door side due to anchors that had to be installed. I was told this was done. It was Not. My set up crew had to rent equipment at an extra charge to me which I did not charge them any of this. This did take some time to complete. I was never told about any wet or damaged carpet. The customer turned in there list of repairs on 1/27/18 There was no mention of any of this. I'm sorry that they feel that they were treated so poorly. I did everything I could to help the ***s through this process. There were several occasion that I went out of my way personal to help them Like getting there permits fees reduced, paying for there elevation cert on there home and reinspection fees etc. due to no water meter that the customer was responsible for. Again I'm sorry that they feel they were treated so poorly.

I have attached a copy of the Certificate Of Occupancy Which was completed by the City of Pembroke pines which was not part of the process of permits. This was something I had to pay for again on there behalf. All inspections were passed *** completed. So as per codes of Pembroke pines there home was set to code as well as there steps being installed properly. If the steps have settled as they tend to do over time. This is something that the home owner needs to keep up with. Any home over time will settle and may need up keep from the home owner. This is my Final response...
