I am rejecting this response because:
This is the second liner...
in less than 1 year that has a leak. This has the potential to be workmanship error on the side of Mid-Mo Pools. Fronting the money for what could be less than acceptable workmanship is not an appropriate response. The pool company is blaming the quality of the liner and us as the end user, the liner company is blaming us and the pool company. Neither company, verifying their own work or product will be objective enough to see what the true error is. For example, the only person that can verify if the liner is faulty due to workmanship would be the same company to put it in and I cannot imagine they would have the correct objectivity to do so. The "burden of proof" is on us as the customer--the novice of both products with no option but to try to do the checks ourselves which will in turn just void warranties on both sides. As the final customer it looks like we have only 2 options--1) pay for everything up front and figure out how to get our money back from a liner company whose warranty email address returns a 500 error (message failure delivery) as there is no email at that extension -OR- 2) hire and pay for a third party to come and take down the pool, verify the work and then if there is a problem, try to prove that the original builder was at fault--which they have no interest in hearing. I appreciate your help Revdex.com, but it doesn't look good for us.

We will honor the manufacturer's warranty.
We’ll be happy to put a new liner in but they will have to pay for it ahead of time. If this happens to be a warranty issue, we will be able to refund the money, but they have to pay up front.
