As per my wound care doctor CMSI sent me a box of suppliesThen several weeks later after my wound had completely healed they sent me another box of supplies, I called to inquire about itI was first told that I had sent in a paper stating that I wanted another orderBecause it never happened, the staff could not produce proof of itThen I was told that your company had called me and I authorized the shipmentThis is also untrue because first off, there was NO call from the company on the caller ID of any of my phone numbers, that and the fact that my wound had been completely healed for a few weeks prior to receiving the second order so why would I want more supplies? During our conversation the Supervisor Jael at the corporate office called me a liar, yes, she actually used the word liar to meShe also specifically told my wife that I was a liar, stating that I had authorized the shipment, which was not trueI was shocked because I had never experienced this unprofessional level of customer service from any other company in my life, and neither has my wife The second order was returned within the days as per the manager's instruction as well as how their return policy is stated on their web siteI sent it via UPS 3rd day select with delivery confirmation to ensure it arrived within the specified time, which cost me $78.57, even though it was their error for sending the second package to meAs per my tracking number the package was delivered to their company on 10/19/and signed for by [redacted] at 14:36, which can be verified by inputting the tracking number which is [redacted] While I agree that the first order is my responsibility because my doctor ordered it, they have billed me for the second order even though they received and signed for the returned second orderI am also requesting that the cost of the returned shipment, $be credited to my account, as I do not believe it was in any way my fault that the company sent this shipment to me
