I have personally visited the shop where this faulty work was done in January 2016. They have all of the required documents including copies of our receipts from World Ford in Pensacola where the repair work was accomplished.

Responding to [redacted] complaint. On her last oil change, visit we did not recommend the timing belt because our records showed we replace the timing belt on 6/03 /2011 at 118,612 miles.  Factory [redacted] maintenance recommends changing the belt at 105 miles or every seven...

years  on this model. Not every 60,000 miles. . She had 61,888 miles and six years. . Our warranty is for two years, 24,000 miles. . We are sorry that the belt failed. . However, the vehicle has 180,000 miles on it many things can go wrong on a 2002 [redacted].  either the belt or the water pump was the cause of this failure. . We try our best to work within customers budgets. Timing belt due to time and miles was not quite ready to be done again. We apologize it failed but it was far from negligence. [redacted] stated she already purchased a new car. We hope it serves her well. in closing the timing belt replacement done six years ago was far out of warranty.
