this was an after hours call we had explained to the customer that the cost for the job was service call and a minimum of one hour labor of yes the lock was lubricated and was working when the tech had left? the jobthe tech was on site for a little over 1/hourwail on site the management company maintenance men showed up and the tech explained to the that the lock should be repinedthey said they would be happy to take care of thatso in all fairness the job was taken care of in a timely manner and was not over charged for the service that was performed.? ? ? ? ? ?

I am rejecting this response because: They $they never fixed the lock though they said on site the lock was fixed and needed no more servicing
