Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] husband of [redacted] came and took pictures of comforter and sham and no one came in to repair the damage because the items were discolored and not ripped I spoke to [redacted] only once and no voicemail messages were left on my phone but several text and voicemail messages were left for [redacted] from my homecare provider, ***'s phone (exactly) [redacted] was a witness when I asked Mr [redacted] if my clothes were washed with someone else's and his response was "yes." In my returned laundry was a child's sock labeled *** I have no children living with me There were three sets of pajamas returned and one set was returned with someone else's bottom While on holiday vacation at my son's home I discovered my purple, rust and corduroy pants and brown jeans had shrunk along with my sets of pajamas This was not discovered until I put them on My worker, ***, labeled all bags of laundry with certain washing temperatures, but evidently the information was not followed If the laundry could not follow my requests, someone should have contacted me on this matter! Mr [redacted] although he made initial arrangements for me (I am unable to see) did so on my behalf because my disability prevented me from doing sobut I am the customer who the clothes belong to and haven't been contacted since Ron [redacted] took pictures and damaged items from my home Some of the missing items on the list were pairs out of 1/dozen Victoria's Secret cotton panties (returned had lace missing) My son purchased all of my clothing for me My building has phone access to reach my apartment from outside A direct phone line to me can be accessed from outside and I can buzz you in Please ship all items to my address in a timely manner Please be aware that I cannot detect damaging shrinkage until I try on my clothes and depend on others to find stains or other visual damage.Sincerely, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]
