Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The home warranty service feels that this is a preexisting condition and will not cover anything further nor be involved - this IS something the inspector should have caught - so the suggestion to again contact my home warranty service is ill advised , I want resolution from the company that held the liability- central home inspections Regards, [redacted] ***
First I would like to thank the Revdex.com for allowing Businesses to respond to complaints without allowing consumers to post anything they desire without the other side I have attached the Home Inspection Report for property known as [redacted] The Report is very thorough identifying over deficiencies and or monitoring items We have been performing inspections for over years and this complaint is our first to date Items in the report Section under "Plumbing" identify that the "Buyer" should consult an expert plumbing contractor to verify proper connections & operation of DWV piping & to further have the laundry room & bathroom piping inspected due to remodeling & additions by the "Seller"Also stating that the DWV piping appeared to be in working order @ the time of inspection and to monitor to the systems(DWV stands for plumbing Drain, Waste, & Venting.) Ms [redacted] contacted us and stated that after a couple days of moving into her home that the main sewer line backed upShe stated that she called the Home warranty Co& they had the pipes rodded to clear She then stated that the Pipes again soon backed upShe asked for me to contact the Home warranty CoWhich I did I explained to them the situation asking if they would have the plumber that went to the home contact meHe didn't contact me through the weekend (Friday-Monday) Ms [redacted] sent me several not so nice e-mails regarding resolution of the problemMs [redacted] included the Plumbers direct phone number in approximately size font I called & reached the plumber to discuss his findings, he stated that he rodded the pipes & everything was operating properly, further stating that he ran the water for approximately minutes without back upI mentioned to him that I also ran the plumbing fixtures for a period of time without any incident @ the time of inspectionHe stated that he could return to re-rod the piping & noted that when he rodded the line that it appeared to have grease on the cable when he pulled it out of the pipingSo I said thank-you and let's follow up after you return to the home The plumber had stated that Ms [redacted] has to contact his Cobecause they are a home warranty Coand she is the contracted nameI e-mailed Ms [redacted] explaining the conversation and stating I am trying to helpShe returned e-mail stating she is tired of the back & forth and that she is not paying a service fee to the Home warranty Coand said she will have the Revdex.com handle this!
