I signed a contract on October 31, for roofing, siding, and gutter repair due to storm damageI was told the work would be completed in weeksI gave them payment in full with the money I got from my insurance companyIt took many emails and phone calls to get the roofing work done in May of I live in a town home and they can't do the siding because they are finally telling me they can't match the colorI have asked for my money returned but they are refusing to communicate

Roof and siding replaced in late July of with year warranty, roof started leaking in May Of Called Bedrock multiple times, they could not figure out the problem ,(when they did come out ) After many calls in early an employee finally went in the attic, after pictures were taken my husband figured out that the shoot for the furnace was not placed on right causing it to ice up then thaw resulting in the water damage on ceiling We were told a drywaller would contact us about fixing the ceilingAfter multiple requests and basically laughed at we are trying another angle

We were victims of hurricane Maria and hired Bedrock to repair a roofAfter the repair the roof continues to leak and we leaned the installation did not meet even basic building code requirementsThey have not responded to repeated requests to correct the issue

I hired Bedrock yo complete a roof and siding for meThey started both projects, but never finishedThe work that was completed did not meet building codes and had to be removed and replaced
