I returned a defective boat cover from their company. In the original email it said to return the cover, Return Information, & Original Receipt. I did exactly as I was instructed. They received the package and are denying that I had enclosed any information and are requesting the original receipt to be emailed again. Well I no longer have the receipt because they have it and now they deny receiving it, but they replaced the cover and said no more warranty on it.
Basically it looks like a loophole, where they tell you to return the original receipt, say they didn't get it and then don't honor continued warranty on the item.
I returned a letter, The original Warranty Paper, & The Original Receipt all enclosed in an envelope sealed nicely in top of the original packaging. So if they say that I didn't send it either their customer service threw it away or lost it, or this is something they do to void out warranties on items and it is a loophole. Either way definite scam and the customer service is not easy to work with, they said that they trust their worker and that basically I'm a liar and never sent the receipt.

Exchange I want the warranty reinstated and the tarp to remain under warranty that they just sent me.
I did talk to Mr. last week and believe he has been taken care of. We did send him a replacement boat cover and gave him my phone number and email address if he had future issues.

Spoke on the phone with Todd *** and he agreed to handle any future warranty issues with the Tarp. Hopefully we won't have issues but at least I have someone to deal with that will honor the remaining warranty.
Central Garden & Pet could learn a bit about customer service....
Sent in an inquiry regarding Ms. Ruby's pet bed.
"I have a retriever dog bed for large dogs. I purchased it at Tractor Supply approximately 2 years ago. Today when I went to unzip the cover so I could wash it I discovered that the interior liner had completely disintegrated. The filler was loose inside the cover. All that was left of the inner cover is a white powder. I would really like to wash the cover as that is one of the reasons I purchased this dog bed. I can just imagine the mess that will be created if I attempt to pull the stuffing out, not to mention the cedar slakes going every where. Has there been a recall on this? Do you offer a replacement inner cushion?"

Keep in mind this pet bed has only been used sparingly over the last two years. Used when my Sisters Husky would come to visit over the Holidays. Been using it regularly since this Christmas now that I have a dog.
No problem, if no recall, or even if out of warranty. But no opportunity to purchase a new inner cushion?
