We already deleted their account and told them as such. Looks like they wanted to complain vs read what we wrote, which is typical in these situations. What additional information do you require?

[redacted], and I guess I am satisfied. They are lying about deleting my account right away. They only deleted my account after I complained to the Revdex.com. So yes, my grievance has been resolved thanks to this complaint. Its pretty pathetic that it takes a formal complaint to the Revdex.com to get your account deleted from expert flyer.
