I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In response to the message that the invoices cannot be provided due to the fact that they are confidential and private between the company and their customersI am the customer which I can provide credit card information used to make the purchases to support this claimI am simply requesting a copies of invoices from purchases made from a period of time between 2012-Unfortunately as mentioned in the claim due to an unforeseen event, theses receipts were taken along with the itemsAs a business this is not good customer service to give customers such a difficult time for such requests
